Name: Shagarra Durrall (The First, the Primitive)
Location: Africa
Watcher:
Birth:
Approximately 7,000 BCE or 50,000 BCE
Death:
Slayer Time:
Portrayed By:
Sharon Ferguson
Notes:
The FIRST Slayer.  The vampires & demons were a plague upon the world. The elders of several villages met, calling for a solution. It was decided to invoked strong and dangerous magicks, to create a power that could fight the demons, in the body of a young girl. That girl was Shagarra, (who spoke Swahili) she fought the demon / vampire plague, she was selected because she had no family or friends, she was born with the instinct to hunt and kill evil.  Though she helped many villages, they would shunned her, thinking she was somehow part demon and this was why she could combat them, a trend that continued on with nearly all slayers through time. Soon after the "Slayers" creation the men who created the Slayer were dubbed "The Shadowmen" they became the Watcher's Council, who advised the slayers.
Upon the slayer's death the energy of the slayer moved on to a new slayer. Throughout time, there was always one. A woman and warrior to fight the evil plague on earth.
In 1999, Shagarra, the first slayer began to stalk Buffy and her friends in their dreams seeming to be trying to kill them, and was then confronted by Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and it was then that Shagarra told Buffy of her  her destiny. That she was a killer, "death was her gift", and that death was all that any slayer had to offer.

Name:  Ejuk
Location:
Uruk, Sumeria
Watcher:
Sarkassan who is a royal scribe
Birth:
2719 BCE
Death:
Killed By:
Slayer Time:

Notes: has Green Eyes.  In
2713 BCE Ejuk becomes an orphan, when her parents die; she is taken in and raised by her Watcher
2700 BCE - Sumeria: King Gilgamesh of Uruk rules, during a time of peace. Outside the city, the four people known as Buffy Summers, Willow Rosenberg, Xander Harris and Rupert Giles arrive through a portal from the year 1998. They head through the north gate into Uruk, determined to stop vampire assassins out to disrupt the Slayer lineage. Once inside, the huge population and number of warriors makes the gang decide to find the local Watcher rather than Ejuk the vampire Slayer herself. Called upon the death of her predecessor, the Chosen One is almost six feet tall, and her skin nearly bronze in colour; she wears leather armour, and uses a bow plus a quiver full of arrows.
The people from the future arrive at the residence of Sarkassan after sunset, but it is too late; the vamps have gotten to the Watcher (who was in his forties) first. Sumerian soldiers arrive, and place the gang under arrest. Marching them to the palace, Buffy decides to escape and does so. The other three are brought before Gilgamesh, as Buffy searches for her sister Slayer. Rupert pleads with the King, who knows about vampires; the undead are not considered a fantasy here and now. After the explanations, the ruler of the kingdom orders the trio to help his guards find Ejuk. The native Slayer arrives at the palace, fighting back tears and requests a burial detail for her Watcher. Gilgamesh introduces her to Willow, Xander and Giles.
Buffy shows up at the palace, and tries to 'rescue' her friends; Giles stops her, saying that everything has been explained and they are all on the same side now. Buffy and Ejuk size each other up, then both Slayers accept each other. Xander takes a walk, and inadvertently causes a disaster; the assassin vampires show up and take advantage of the confusion, plunging a knife into the back of Ejuk. But the 19-year-old girl survives, and the supernatural threats are banished. One vamp is dusted, while the other escapes to the future. Gilgamesh and his people take care of Ejuk, while the four weary travelers return to the future as well. Eventually a new Slayer is called.

Birth:  519 BCE
Death:  490 BCE at 29 years of age
Killed By: Poison Arrow
Slayer Time:  507 BCE - 490 BCE lived for 18 years as the slayer
Notes:  Thessily, a former slave once ran 300 miles in 3 days to protect a messenger, she helped defend Athens from the Persians.  She was born to a single slave mother, but not much is known of her childhood, except her mother died and Thessily grew up as a slave.  Her master Meltinias, a fabric merchant, had treated her well. When Thessily was 12 she was bought by the local Heirophant, Thoas informed her he was her Watcher and began training her as the newest slayer, from then on she fought against evil.  At 19 she went up against The Horde at Delphi, where attacked and bitten, but survived, but collapsed on the road, luckily she was found by a villager and taken to The town's Oracle, who cared for her after 4 days she woke to Thaos informing her that she survived the death the Oracle had foreseen.
In 490 B.C., Thessily (at the age of 29) her home city of Athens was engaged in a war against Persia, who had a vampire army.  Athens was outmatched and sent their best messenger/runner (Philippides) to run to Sparta (the army was filled with werewolves) and ask for help.  Thessily was assigned to run with him in secret to protect him from vampire attacks, near Sparta she was shot with a poison tipped arrow.  The Spartans refused to help Athens.  Thessily and Philippides returned home to fight with their people and save what was left of Athens. Thessily had a vision of vampires hiding out in Persian ships, Thessily killed all of them methodically before collapsing on the ground from exhaustion and poison, she died in her Thoas's arms.

Name:  Diana
Location:  Rome
Watcher:  Aulus
Birth:  19 CE
Death:  40 CE
Killed By: Vampire Helen
Slayer Time:  34 or 38 - 40
Notes:  Diana began her training as a slayer at 15.  Her watcher and her never had a close relationship, Diana felt her Watcher didn't really care if she lived or died.  Diana was betrothed to Demetrius, (who worked for the local vampires).  One day her father (who knew she was a slayer) told her that Aulus (her Watcher) and her best friend Helen, had been kidnapped and that Demetrius had been beheaded.  Aulus realizing Diana was outnumbered, lied to the vampires claiming that Helen was Diana in order to save his Slayer from them.  Diana tried many times to save her watcher and friend, but the vampires nearly beat her to death.  Julius, the head vampire took her to Helen's cell, Julius offered to save Diana if Helen would become a vampire.  Helen felt that Diana never tried to save her and didn't care if Diana died.  Julius told her the truth, Diana in fact had tried many times to save her, Helen agreed to give her life.  Julius then sired Helen and in her awaking bloodlust as a vampire, she sucked Diana dry, killing her. Helen went on to hate all slayers as betrayers, she killed thousands over the years, collecting their skulls.

Name:  Incinii
Location:  Wales
Watcher:
Birth:
Weapon: short sword and bow
Death:
Killed By:
Slayer Time:  60 CE
Source: Portal through Time by Alice Henderson
Notes:  Buffy Summers, Willow Rosenberg, Xander Harris and Rupert Giles arrive out of a portal from the year 1998. The sun sets as Buffy steals a boat from the Romans and they make their way towards the Isle of Anglesey, where Incinii the vampire Slayer is in danger of vampire assassins out to disrupt the Slayer lineage. She has been the Slayer for years since the death of her predecessor, uses a short sword and bow, and is destined to live for many more years as of this point in time till a new Slayer is called.
The Isle of Anglesey, Wales: The Scooby gang find the Druids, and Buffy and Giles go to find the local Watcher; a woman named Eyra in her thirties. She tells Giles that her Slayer has disobeyed orders and gone to the front lines of an upcoming war zone, against Roman invaders led by Suetonius Paulinus; Incinii has a brother there, after all. A guide takes them to the battleground, just as the invasion starts. Buffy and Giles spot Incinii; she has leather armour and is coated in woad.
Two vamps from the future try to murder the native Slayer. The two Chosen Ones fight side by side against the undead villains, as the war rages around them. The bad guys disappear through their portal to the future, and Buffy realizes they are going to try elsewhere in history to disrupt the Slayer lineage. Giles tells her to calm down, and he briefly speaks to Incinii; that Slayer then rushes back into the battle, and the Summers girl freaks at the carnage of war. Rupert tells her not to interfere, they go find Eyra at her house, she takes them back to Willow and Xander and once alone the four vanish into the future.

by her own townspeople burning her at the stake
Slayer Time:   1398-
Notes: The young slayer saved her town from the vampire St Just, she easily slayed him and his horde. The whole town bared witness to the fight including young girls who admired her, and where inspired to stick up for themselves. The men did not like this, so as Righteous slept, men broke into her house and grabbed her from bed. They dubbed her a witch, because only a witch could have defeated the vampires so easily and burned her at the stake.
