Queen Of The Slayers

May, 2003: 14 people escape from Sunnydale on that yellow school bus; Buffy, Dawn, Giles, Robin, Kennedy, Xander, Willow, Vi, Rona, Andrew, Faith and three other Slayers. Their names are Leslie, a French girl named Marie and Lisa.

Three dozen potentials were called in Sunnydale; only six Slayers survived the Turok-Han battle, though.

The Slayer Lisa dies, when the gas line ruptures and the bus explodes after departing Sunnydale.

There are a lot of Slayers in Europe; Faith, Robin, Vi, Rona and the Slayers called Marie, Karen and Stephanie go to Cleveland. The Hellmouth there has gone ‘supernova’ with evil. The Hellmouth is located five miles east of West Hurnon, under a club. The Slayers go into battle against demons and Turok-Han, as the streets start to melt.

London, England: The Scooby gang arrives and is met by the new head Watcher, Sir Nigel Ambrose-Bellairs. He gives orders to a new English Slayer, named Belle; Buffy angrily shuts him down, before they all adjourn for the night. At breakfast the next day, Sir Nigel informs the newcomers that the majority of the new Slayers are heading to Italy and the Immortal. Buffy, Willow, Xander and Belle will head for the continent, whilst Kennedy stays to train new Slayers with the Watchers.

Buffy gets a call from Giles about the Cleveland situation; it is agreed to send Kennedy there, with a Slayer contingent. Faith speaks to Buffy. The Slayers Karen, Stephanie and Marie have all died. Robin, Vi and Rona are still alive though. The situation is a nightmare. Kennedy went there with 20 Slayers, only two lived out the month. Another 20 Slayers were sent; 17 of them are now dead. In Italy, there have been 3 dozen deserter Slayers and 19 from England. 10 pm, Day 42 of Faith’s presence. She is perpetually wounded, and it’s snowing. Kennedy, Faith, Robin and 7 other Slayers are holed up in a church; including Vi, Rona and a girl called Charmante. Buffy calls Faith, then a bunch of Turok-Han charge towards the Slayer HQ. The battle against the Turok-Han had lasted all night. Faith and Robin had fought side by side; they, Kennedy, Vi and Rona survived, Charmante didn’t. Three other Slayers named Sally, Brianna and Kim had buried the dead. The good guys go on patrol; a Slayer named Denise is taken by demons on motorcycles. Most likely, she dies quickly. Faith has a nightmare about Kakistos killing her first Watcher. She and Robin answer their cell phones; Buffy and Giles order them to evacuate the ghost town, and head for Italy.

Rome, Italy. Two weeks after the Slayer activation: Antonio Borgia is with his lover, the newly-called Slayer Ornella. The Italian girl is 19 years old, with wavy reddish-brown hair, black eyelashes and full lips. The next day; The Immortal introduces Buffy as the ‘Queen of the Slayers’, to the four dozen Chosen Ones gathered at his compound outside Rome; a dinner party takes place that night.

Three days later Belle trains around 60 new Slayers in the Immortal’s compound, with more of the Chosen showing up every day. New Slayers are now being sent to England.

Venice, Italy: 1505 AD Gabriella the vampire Slayer, called after the death of her predecessor, attacks a vampiric Lucrezia Borgia one night; but is captured. She is tortured in a hell dimension, calling for her Watcher Mario, before getting fed on by the Borgia woman; who gets off on her blood. Eventually Gabriella escapes, with the aid of some other humans trapped there. A new Slayer is called one day, with her passing.

Outside Rome, 2003: Ornella talks to the Borgias, and her mind is poisoned against Buffy and the Immortal.

One month later, outside Rome: Buffy is worried about the expanse of evil, and the presence of other Hellmouths. The Slayer Chani shoots an arrow into Xander’s ass during a war games situation; but he soon gets healed. Morale is a problem here.

At the Immortal's compound, Buffy finds the remains of Sandra, a Spanish Slayer who wanted to go home; she is found hanged from a tree. A note is found on her body, calling Buffy a tyrant and for the Chosen to follow the true ‘Queen of the Slayers’.

Haley the vampire Slayer reports to the Queen (Ornella) in the forest at night. She is 14 years old, from an American air base in Germany; plus she is terribly homesick, and easily fooled. There are more Slayers getting fed up with Buffy than there used to be. Ornella and Antonio talk, after sending Haley away.

East Africa: Xander arrives, and spends 3 days and nights waiting for Willow to figure out how to actually get him to the cave of the Shadow Men. Eventually he encounters the First Slayer, when he gets to his destination. Outside Rome, the same time: Buffy talks to those in England, and learns of the deranged Slayer named Dana in LA. It has been 4 days since anyone has heard from Faith. The Queen is actively recruiting against Buffy, who has a price on her head now. As do all her friends.

Cave of the Shadow Men, Africa: the First Slayer kills demons, and drags Xander away to the Shadow Men. They tell him the world is doomed, and she confirms it.

That night, the Slayers Haley and Concetta are given orders by Ornella and Antonio in the forest. Haley is having seconds thoughts about her allegiance, when ordered to help kill Willow.

Amazon rain forest, South America: Buffy, Willow and Kennedy are there, along with Belle and some other Slayers. Faith, Robin and Giles stayed in Italy. Suddenly the girls get attacked, Kennedy protects Willow and Belle gets hit. Vi fights, as does Rona. Buffy gets hit by a poison dart; Haley repents of her evil ways after the slaughter of her sister Slayers by demons, and gives Buffy the antidote.

	Los Angeles, California: Andrew is told a contingent of Slayers is on their way to help with the Dana situation. Amazon rain forest: Haley is found out, and three other renegade Slayers show up. Belle rescues Kennedy from drowning. The goods guys run for it, the bad Slayers are left behind, as Buffy and her crew fly away after getting what they came for. Haley is interrogated, and Kennedy is pissed at her. Ornella and Antonio are found out.

Tibet: Kennedy, Belle and Willow arrive. Buffy, Vi and Rona have returned to Italy; Antonio and Ornella have disappeared. Willow meets Oz, and the two Slayers leave them alone as the former couple talks all night.

A few days later: It is the night before the full moon. Willow attempts to astral project to Italy, but fails.

The next day: Kennedy feels edgy about being excluded from Willow’s life. That night, Willow, Kennedy, Belle, Oz and his werewolf pals have to run for it, after a holy man is killed.

Outside Rome: Oz, Willow, Kennedy and Belle have arrived. Andrew, Dana and the other Slayers also arrive. A magical protective bubble is cast over the compound, as a temporary safety measure.

Some time later, Faith is going stir-crazy. Buffy talks to Kennedy and Oz, saying that Cleveland is beyond salvage for now. Later she calls the U.S., but gets no reply from Wolfram & Hart; calling the Rome branch, Illona Costa Bianchi tells her everything, including how Angel and Spike were recently in the city. Andrew shows up, and is busted. The Immortal admits he was jealous. Buffy talks a walk and thinks alone.

The renegade Slayer called Concetta finds Buffy; and Faith shows up. They drag Concetta to the Queen’s lair, and talk along the way. They fall into a trap, and talk to Ornella; then they kick ass and get back to the Immortal’s residence. He turns on them, and the two Slayers get arrested by his troops. Buffy gets drugged unconscious.

Whistler appears to Buffy in a dream; saying the Powers That Be have decided to intervene and help her, as they are not ready to surrender the world to demons. He takes Buffy on a vision quest; she sees her friends and sister shackled in dungeon cells, and then witnesses what’s happening in LA; how Wesley is dead, and Angel and Spike are going to die fighting against the forces of the Senior Partners in that alley.

Her guts heave at the vision, and then she gets transported to a place of pure love and peace. Then Buffy sees Oz, Willow, and Kennedy leading the Slayer army against the Immortal and Ornella’s forces. Slayer fights against Slayer; Buffy is visited by her future 4-year-old daughter, swathed in white light, and gets free. She releases her friends, and the good guys regroup. The end is near, and the Immortal leaves via a portal; the shades of Angel, Spike, Gunn and Illyria arrive to help Buffy magically win against the forces of evil, as does her future daughter.

Buffy wakes up after her ordeal; the others thought she was dead. Buffy learns Faith had to kill renegade Slayers that wouldn’t surrender, even if Kennedy couldn’t. Oz tells her Ornella is dead, as is Antonio. Buffy ends the whole ‘Queen’ thing after speaking with Willow, and thinks about her future child.
